On behalf of the bishops, Priests, Deacons, Religious and Laity of Puerto Rico I wish to express to you and the Church in the United Staes our heartfelt prayers and solidarity during this time of national mourning.

This coming Sunday the five diocesan Bishops of Puerto Rico will offer a Mass for the repose of thsouls of the victims of the terrorists' attacks, for the injured, for the families nad friends of the deceased and survivors ,fro the people of the united Stes and for peace in the world
