The MRS Office of the Executive Director provides overall direction to and leadership of the department and collaborates with other USCCB offices, allied Catholic organizations, and other partner agencies on special projects and initiatives designed to promote awareness of and collective responses to the plight of immigrants, migrants, refugees, trafficking victims, and people on the move.
Office of Management and Administration
The MRS Office of Management and Administration performs a broad range of administrative, financial, and grants management functions formulates strategic priorities, plans, and budgets and supports the USCCB Committee on Migration and MRS at large in fulfilling their joint mission,
Office of Migration Policy and Public Affairs
Kevin Appleby, Director
The MRS Office of Migration and Refugee Policy assists the bishops in the development and promotion of migration and refugee policy positions within the context of the Church's social and moral teaching; implements communication, public education/outreach and legislative strategies that foster greater advocacy, awareness, understanding, and support for the work of MRS and the vulnerable populations it serves.

Office of Resettlement Services
Anastasia Brown, Director
The MRS Office of Resettlement Services partners with diocesan and other service offices to provide new life opportunities for refugees, Cuban/Haitian entrants, asylees, and other populations in need of resettlement.

Office of Special Programs

The MRS Office of Special Programs partners with diocesan and other service offices to serve special populations such as unaccompanied minor children in federal detention and victims of human trafficking victims.
