i.e. Ethnic communities brought more fully into parish life i.e. 1) 50 new ethnic leaders have been trained in parishes across the diocese; 2) in a survey of ethnic communities' leadership 80% report that their communities feel more "directly involved in the life of the Church" as a result of seeing more members of their ethnic group as leaders within the parishes; 3) the Korean parish is experiencing a 25% increase in attendance at Sunday liturgy Ethnic leaders training - March -
